DMCA Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can report infringing material appearing on our website.
1. Notification of Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a written DMCA takedown notice. In accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include the following:
- Your full legal name, company (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) or location of the infringing material on our site.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. How to Send a DMCA Notice
You may send your DMCA notice to us through our Contact Us page or via email (if listed on our contact page). We will review all valid notices and respond promptly by removing or disabling access to the infringing content.
Important: Please ensure your DMCA notice includes all required elements as specified above. Incomplete notices may not be processed.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, you may send us a counter-notification. The counter-notice must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the content that has been removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content in accordance with DMCA procedures, unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or block access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright-protected content.
5. Good Faith Disclaimer
We do not host copyrighted material knowingly. All content is published for entertainment and commentary purposes only. Any content found to be infringing will be removed promptly upon receipt of a valid DMCA request.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this DMCA Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
